Transitions Candles is the social enterprise of Girls Empowered Mentally for Success, Inc. it provides another means to create healthy transitions for at-risk girls. We are committed to the total wellbeing of the “GEMS Girl”.

Transition Interns receive:

Four weeks work readiness ,college prep, and lifeskill workshops(Time Management, Personal Finance, Technology, Leadership Communication, Resume Writing)
